Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) has recently established a CG-TECH expert group to assist the Commission with its work on technical aspects of corporate governance, including the use of modern information and communication technologies in corporate governance. The group is composed of 12 highly qualified members either representing various groups of stakeholders, such as investors, issuers and intermediaries or applying as independent experts. This is a second appointment from among Allerhand’s affiliates to a high level European body active in the field of company law and corporate governance after Arkadiusz Radwan’s  appointment to ICLEG (Informal Company Law Expert Group) back in 2014.
